Consultant | Medical Director - Srushti Group

I possess extensive experience in the specialized realms of high-risk obstetrics and fertility, having had the privilege of practicing in both India and the UK. This diverse exposure has imbued me with a profound understanding of the complexities inherent in these domains.

My professional journey has been enriched by invaluable training experiences, notably under the esteemed mentorship of luminaries such as Prof. Samundi Sankar in India and Dr. Osama Shawki internationally. I have honed my expertise in minimal access surgery, undergoing rigorous training that encompassed Hysteroscopy in Egypt and a Laparoscopy course in the UK. Furthermore, under the tutelage of Prof. Sultan at Croydon, I have acquired specialized proficiency in managing challenging perineal repairs, including the intricate nuances of 3rd and 4th-degree perineal reconstruction. This comprehensive training has equipped me with the adeptness to navigate through intricate clinical scenarios with confidence and precision.

Teaching Experience:

I am an experienced educator with a focus on medical, nursing, and physiotherapy disciplines. Through regular engagement with students, I receive consistently positive feedback on my teaching methodologies, which I adapt and refine based on their input. In addition to teaching foundation doctors on daily ward rounds, I provide guidance in patient care and management, as well as contribute to their surgical training. As an active member of the organizing committee for the Diploma in Reproductive Medicine course at AICOG, I play a pivotal role in structuring the teaching schedule for Registrars and SHOs, ensuring comprehensive and effective educational experiences.
