At Srushti Fertility Research Centre and Hospital we offer various third party programs as ways to achieve a positive pregnancy for a deserving couple. We are one of the leading providers of egg donation, surrogacy programs in India. We have an established donor agency and also work with donor agencies in other countries to help you identify the donor who will stay anonymous and who will best suit your needs. We also accept to work with someone who is willing to be your donor for the IVF procedure. It can be your sister, cousin, friend or anyone who is at least less than 28 years old and already has a healthy child. The same is true of our Gestational Carrier program.

Who is suggested for Egg Donation Program?

The Egg donation program was introduced to help those women who were unable to produce their own eggs (Oocytes) or for those women who developed poor quality eggs. The chosen donor will undergo normal IVF and the eggs retrieved from the donor are fertilized with the sperm of the recipient’s partner (or sometimes donor, when the husband has no sperm or unable to produce enough sperms to complete fertilization). The embryos are left in the incubator allowing them to develop for 3-5 days. The embryos that develop well are then transferred to the uterus of the recipient.

How is a Donor Egg Cycle Done?

Through our donor agency we will choose the best donor for you. We have good number of healthy Indian women, mostly less than 27 years old, who are medically tested for their fertility and also screened for all infectious diseases. They are fully evaluated before chosen for our patients. We select egg donors who are super ovulated exclusively for you, ensuring a high success rate. Egg donation in our centre is anonymous and confidential. We do not provide photos of our donors, as we need to protect their identity. We will select the best donor by matching your needs.

Donor egg cycles use the same technology we use for standard IVF. The egg donor undergoes ovulation induction with fertility enhancing medication. The eggs are retrieved by ultrasound guided aspiration. The embryos are replaced with a small catheter into the recipient’s uterus 3-5 days after the egg retrieval. The recipient’s cycle is synchronized to that of the donor by using a combination of hormonal supplements. Once pregnant, the recipient is maintained on hormones throughout the first 3 months.

Are there any restrictions for Recipients?

In order to achieve a positive result, we recommend the recipient should try only if they are 50 or lesser than that and in good health condition. Women who are above 44 and below 50 must undergo additional medical assessment to screen for health problems that could affect pregnancy
